Our work
Spring Valley Tree Farm
A family-owned choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm in Spring Valley, Ohio. They had been taking reservations through a generic ticketing platform that charged a fee on every ticket and couldn't follow how the farm runs its season.
We built them their own website and reservation system:
- Time-slot reservations with a per-tree deposit, paid straight to the farm's own Stripe account
- A season calendar where the family sets open days, hours, slot length and how many visitors each slot holds
- A season switch and countdown clock, so the site changes itself when the farm opens and closes
- A 40th-anniversary home page the family can switch on for their celebration season, and switch back off afterwards
- A customer list built from every reservation, with staff notes and booking history
- Email campaigns to past visitors, plus confirmation and cancellation emails in the farm's own words
- A price list the family edits themselves, which updates the public prices page
- Staff tools to reschedule, refund and look up any reservation on the day
